Bring to Front: Moves the selected actors to the front layer.
Bring Closer: Moves the selected actors one step closer to the front layer.
Send Farther: Moves the selected actors one step closer to the back layer.
Send to Back: Moves the selected actors to the back layer.
Show in Layout View: Makes the actor visible in the Layout view, so it can be edited visually using the layout tools.
Hide in Layout View: Makes the actor invisible in the Layout view, so it will not obscure other actors. Hiding an actor automatically deselects it, so to show the actor again you will need to select it in the Structure view.
Turn Grid On/Off: Provides an invisible grid on which to position actors, so a scene can be quickly and accurately blocked out.
Grid Size: Changes the size of the grid on which the actors are positioned. A finer grid allows greater control over actor positioning, but makes it more difficult to space them evenly.
